Return Policy

KnivesCase customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to us.  Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

KnivesCase will not accept any returned
merchandise without a valid RA#

To obtain a RA# email us at returns@knivescase.com.  The RA# must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.  The return address will be provided with the RA#.

 

KnivesCase will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product.  RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to KnivesCase for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for return.
